How do I determine the correct shoe size for my child?
We recommend using our printable Fit Tool or our specialized RiteFit app to measure your child's feet accurately. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest measuring every 2-3 months.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Returns are easy to process through our online portal, and a small restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your footwear sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Are Stride Rite shoes machine washable?
Many of our styles are machine washable! Look for the 'Washable' icon on the product page. For these pairs, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air-drying away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. Territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.
